About
Our most popular class format. Enjoy a welcome drink on us before exploring the recipes and techniques involved in your 4-course meal. Under the guidance of our chefs, you'll divide up into groups to prepare some of the recipes from the menu, while others in class work on other parts of the menu. There will be no formal rotation through the cooking stations. Once all the cooking is complete, you'll sit down to enjoy the wonderful meal you created together.

Payment in full required at the time of registration. Please bring your gift card to the class if this is your method of payment. It is client’s responsibility to be aware of the date and time of a class, a courtesy email may be sent to remind guests of an upcoming class, but we are not responsible if you do not receive the email. If you fail to show up to a class, no credit is offered and there are no make up classes.
Unfortunately, there are no refunds for classes.
Dish reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to insufficient enrollment or circumstances beyond our control, with a minimum of 48 hours prior notice given to you, with a class credit issued to you for a future class.
A credit will be issued for a future class if we are provided with at least 72 hours class cancellation notice by you. No changes are allowed if the class is missed or less than 72 hours cancellation notice is given, however, we welcome you to send someone in your place. This is a strict policy, absolutely NO exceptions due to weather, illness, traffic etc. Consider our cooking classes like cooking “events” or a concert. If you failed to show up to a concert, you cannot get a credit back from the concert venue, no matter the reason. Please think of our classes the same way!
Requests for exceptions will be referred back to our cancellation policy.
We reserve the right to alter the menu or change the instructor if necessary.
