Rental Extensions

Your booking includes your first hour of riding. Want to keep exploring? No problem! You can extend your rental and simply pay the difference when you return the equipment.

Up to 2 Hours: Your rental will be upgraded to a 2-Hour Rental.
More than 2 Hours: Your rental will automatically become a Half-Day Rental (up to 6 hours).
More than 6 Hours: Your rental will automatically become a Full-Day Rental.

Cancellations

All deadlines use the tour location’s local time. Notice is when we receive your request (or you self-cancel via the link).

At a glance

Free Tours (Gratuity-Based): Booking fees (if any) refundable with 24 hours’ notice. Late cancels/no-shows: booking fees are non-refundable. Groups under 5 may be charged US$2/person for late cancel/no-show.

Premium Paid Tours (Public): 100% refund with 24 hours’ notice. Guest-requested changes: $25/person (charged in the original booking currency, subject to availability).
Trip Protection (optional): Cancel/rebook/exchange up to 1 hour before start time; refunds are minus protection & processing fees. Special-offer bookings may be rebook/exchange only.

Private Tours: Non-refundable deposit/cancellation fee US$409 or 20% . Balance due 30 days prior.
Auto gratuity: 12% after tax on the entire booking (including add-ons/upgrades) for private tours of 6 - 15 guests, or 15% after tax on the entire booking for private tours of 16+ guests.
No transportation: cancel/change up to 48 hours before start time (refund less deposit/cancellation fee).
With transportation: 30 days’ notice required (refund less deposit/cancellation fee). Guest-requested changes: $34/person (original booking currency, subject to availability).
Trip Protection (optional): cancel/rebook/exchange up to 24 hours before start time; refunds are minus protection & processing fees and the non-refundable deposit/cancellation fee. Special-offer bookings may be rebook/exchange only.

Third-party items: Attraction tickets/vouchers are generally final sale. Third-party tours follow provider policy; refunds depend on provider refunding us.

Weather policy (outdoor tours only): Extreme conditions may allow free reschedule/refund; see tour details.

Intoxication & Safety Policy: To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests, Toonie Tours reserves the right to refuse rental equipment or participation in any tour/activity to guests who appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may impair their ability to participate safely. In such cases, no refund or compensation will be provided.

Refunds (if eligible) are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method; banks may take longer. Late arrivals may be treated as no-shows.
